The Influence Of Acupuncture By Stages On Homocysteine In The Blood Plasma Of Ischemic Apoplectic

Objective:Observe the influence of acupuncture by stages on homocysteine (Hey) in the blood plasma of ischemic apoplectic.Methods:A total of90patients were randomly divided into three groups, treatment group and two control groups, with30cases in each group. The treatment group adopted the acupuncture treatment by stages based on neural medical conventional treatment; the control group1adopted conventional acupuncture treatment based on neural medical conventional treatment; the control group2adopted neural medical conventional treatment without any acupuncture. There is one treatment one day and the course of treatment is10days. After one day’s rest, begin the next course of treatment. After4courses of treatment, observe the clinical curative effect of the three groups of patients. Study the variation of neural function coloboma KPS and homocysteine (Hey) before and after the treatment; pay a follow-up visit about the recurrence rate during7months after the three groups of treatment and then carry through the statistical analysis and processing.Results:1. The comparison of the clinical curative effect of the three groups of patients:the control group:the basic recovery1, the excellent4, for the better12, the invalid13, the deterioration0, the total effective rate is56.67%; the control group1:the basic recovery3, the excellent10, for the better11, the invalid5, the deterioration0, the total effective rate is76.67%; the treatment group:the basic recovery9, the excellent12, for the better6, the invalid1, the deterioration0, the total effective rate is96.43%; The curative effect of the three groups is in obvious difference, there is statistics signif icance(P<0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group is evidently superior to that of the control group1(P<0.05). the control group1superior to group2(P＜0.05).2. The comparison of neural function coloboma KPS before and after the three groups’treatment:The curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group and control group1(P＜0.05), the comparison and contrast the contrast group1and2groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3. The comparison of apoplexy recurrence rate during7months after the three groups of treatment:during7months after the treatment, the apoplexy recurrence rate has no obvious difference with the statistical analysis and processing among the treatment group, the control group1and2. Conclusions:It has been found that acupuncture by stages has the favorable regulating influence on homocysteine (Hcy) in the blood plasma of ischemic apoplectic, and has some positive function for preventing ischemic apoplexy. It has provided a safe and effective method for cure and prevention of apoplexy.
