PurposeThis paper, through making the clinical investigation of adult female acne,explores the constitutions in Chinese medicine easy to suffer from Ance in adult female,analysis the possible high risk factors for the incidence and exacerbations and research Clinical Manifestation of ances in the different types of TCM constitution.MethodsThis topic used epidemiological methods to design a unified epidemiological questionnaire to gather Wuhan First Hospital a week after the acne specialist out-patient adolescent female patients and normal adult females with information, using statistical methods to the medical survey of the age, age at onset, increased age, the mental state, sleep state, the relationship between menstruation and acne, as well as TCM typing for statistical analysis, the final conclusion.Results1. We had a total income of200cases of female patients with adult acne.There are33people who have single type of TCM constitution.The number of normal constitution Yang-deficiency constitution dampness-heat constitution、 qi-stagnation constitution、 blood stasis constitution、 allergic constitution are22、1、1、4、3、2respectively; There are167people who have mixed constitution, and the rate is83.5%.2.The relationship between Influencing Factors of Acne and TCM constitutionThe mental state is correlated with normal constitution、 phlegm-dampness constitution、 qi-stagnation constitution.Menstruation is correlated with Qi deficiency constitution、 qi-stagnation constitution、 blood stasis constitution.Family History、 sleep status and TCM constitution are uncorrelated.3. The relationship between the division of face and TCM constitutionThe rash in the middle of face is correlated with dampness-heat constitution. The rash in the lower part of face is correlated with Yin deficiency constitution.4. The relationship between TCM Syndrome type and TCM constitutionHepatic and renal yin deficiency type is correlated with Qi-deficiency constitution.Upper heat under cold type is correlated with Yang-deficiency constitution. The liver meridian stagnated heat type is correlated with phlegm-dampness constitution and qi-stagnation constitution.Dampness-heat type is correlated with dampness-heat constitution. Lung-heat、 liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency is correlated with qi-stagnation constitution.Other types are uncorrelated.Conclusion1. Only a few patients have single type of TCM constitution. Most of them are mixed constitution. Dampness-heat constitution is most common in the patients. The other is in turn phlegm-dampness constitution、 Qi-deficiency constitution、 Yin-deficiency constitution、 qi-stagnation constitution、 Yang-deficiency constitution、 blood stasis constitution、 allergic constitution normal constitution.2.The occurrence and development of acne in normal constitution、 phlegm-dampness constitution、 qi-stagnation constitution is affected by the mental state.The acne of Qi-deficiency constitution qi-stagnation constitution、 blood stasis constitution occurs With abnormal menstruation whose rash always exacerbates before menstruation.3. In dampness-heat constitution, ance is mainly in the middle of face.In Yin-deficiency constitution, ance is mainly in the lowwer part of face.4.The clinical manifestation of Qi-deficiency constitution is inclined to Hepatic and renal yin deficiency type. The clinical manifestation of Yang deficiency constitution is inclined to Upper heat under cold type. The clinical manifestation of phlegm-dampness constitution is inclined toThe liver meridian stagnated heat type. The clinical manifestation of Dampness-heat constitution is inclined to Dampness-heat type. The clinical manifestation of qi-stagnation constitution is inclined to Lung-heat liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.
