Objective: Using noninvasive traction repository of shinbone fracture made bymyself, the safety and effectiveness of its application in Minimally invasivepercutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) of shinbone fracture were studied.Methods:97cases of adult shinbone fracture from2008to2010were analyzed, group A (59cases) were operated with MIPPO and traction repository, andgroup B (38cases) were operated with temporary restoral such as bare-handed,external fixator. Fracture types, operation time, blood loss and the incisionhealing were processed with statistical analysis respectively and the healing offracture, none-healing and internal fixation failure were observed in the twogroups. Results: Compared with bare-hand and external fixator, repositor hasspecial advantages in operation time and blood loss and there’s no obviousdifference in count of infection and clinical healing of fracture. Conclusion: Itis safe and effective to use noninvasive traction repositor in MIPPO. |
