Objective:After fetal distress giving the glycerin fructose therapies, observed MDA、PH value、neonate’s Apgar changes of postpartum umbilical artery. To explore the protection and influences of the glycerin fructose in fetal distress, and offer a clinical theory to treat the ischemic brain damage (HIBD).Methods:During June2011to March2012, two medical groups observed in the center Medical research in Yanbian area-the hospital affiliated to Yanbian university: A group as observation of the glycerin fructose:treated with glycerin fructose besides the Conventional Treatments of oxygen inhalation vitamin C and so on. B group tests pregnant women in fetal distress:only treated with the Conventional Treatments of oxygen inhalation and vitamin C, and C group compares those data with normal pregnant women:no fetal distress.Results:1.MDA of umbilical artery blood in group A and B obviously higher than the normal pregnant woman group(C)(P (0.05). MDA of umbilical artery blood in group treated with glycerin fructose obviously lower than group of distress (P <0.05)2. The result of umbilical artery blood ph value in group A and B, the rate of acidosis higher than the normal pregnant woman group(C)(P<0.05). The rate of acidosis in group treated with glycerin fructose obviously lower than group of distress(P<0.05).3. The result of Apgar in group treated with glycerin fructose(A), the rate of neonatal asphyxia was obviously lower than group of distress(P<0.01)Conclusion:1. The glycerin fructose as an effective free radical scavenger. It had good stability in human, it can penetrate the placental barrier and protect the neonates’brain through improving the blood circulation. Its mechanism might be related to ameliorate the oxidative injuries.2. The glycerin fructose decrease fetal acidosis and asphyxia neonatorum through energy metabolism actions.
