Analysis Of Influencing Factors On Apgar Score Of Full-Term Newborn At One Minute After Birth

Objective:To study the related factors of 1 minute Apgar score of full-term newborns during vaginal delivery.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the vaginal delivery neonatal and maternal clinical data of 1175 patients who labor in the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to July 2017.Because the 1-minute Apgar score of a full-term newborn born through vaginal delivery infants reflects birth conditions,We analyzed Factors Affecting 1-minute Apgar score through logistics regression.Results:educational background and height are protective factors of the 1-minute Apgar score,but gestational age,obstetric complications,type of intrapartum fetal monitoring,longer second stage duration,breech delivery and Amniotic fluid situation are risk factors of the 1-minute Apgar score.Among above,educational background,type of intrapartum fetal monitoring and longer second stage duration are independent protective/ risk factor.Conclusions:The degree of education is the protection factor.For pregnant women with low education,we should seriously focus on monitoring and management,provide professional guidance and early cause prevention;Intrapartum fetal monitoring can assess intrauterine oxygen reserve.The appearance of type II/III pattern indicates that the newborn may be in hypoxia beforedelivery.The end of labor should be shortened as soon as possible and the recovery measures should be prepared in advance;The longer second stage duration always indicate fetal adverse situation and bad birth condition,we should prepare for resuscitation in advance to reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
