Effect Of Laryngeal Mask Airway Combined With Tracheal Tube On Stress Response Under Inidsection Surgical Operation

Objective:To compare the effect of tracheal tube with laryngeal mask airway (LMA) combined with tracheal tube on stress response under midsection surgical operation. Find a safe and effective airway method for induction of anesthesia under midsection surgical operationResearch Methods:All the cases are from selective operation of Gastric cancer.45-60years old, AS A Ⅰ-Ⅱ normal intelligence and language development. Their operations were enforced am, about2-3hour. Elimination standard:sever heart lung liver kidney disease, history of asthma,recent respiratory infections, airway hyperactivity, suspected difficult airways, gastro esophageal reflux disease. The patients who agree to receive General anesthesia and ICG BIS monitoring system are divided into two groups randomly, each group with20cases; we put the gullet into the stomach of the patients before operation. After open vein circuit, Patients were randomly inserted with ET(Group Ⅰ) or LMA(Group Ⅱ). SBP, DBP, HR, SPO2, CO, CI, SVR, LCW, BIS were recorded at7time points:before anesthesia(TO) before intubation(T1), intubation (T2),3min after intubation(T3), After extubate LMA (T1’), before intubation(T1’), intubation (T2’),3min after intubation(T3’). Ob serving secretions PH of LMA and effect of laryngeal mask airway (LMA) combined with tracheal tube on stress response.Result (1) There were no statistical significances among two groups about age, weight, operation time (P>0.05);(2) At Induction of anesthesia, the effect of hemodynamics at T2in group Ⅰ were higher than that at the same time in group Ⅱ(P<0.05);(3) As compared with the intubation in two times:the effect of hemodynamics in group Ⅰ were higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05);(4)There were no statistical significances in BIS (P>0.05); secretions PH of LMA>4.Conclusion;(1) Laryngeal Mask airway induced less stress reaction than tracheal tube at induction of anesthesia(2) Effect on stress response of tracheal tube was smaller during the operation than in induction of anesthesia.(3) Laryngeal mask airway (LMA) combined with tracheal tube is a safe and effective airway method under midsection surgical operation...
