[Objective] To investigate the Clinical manifestations、Pathology and Inmunohistochemistry features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).[Methods] Observe the clinical manifestations and pathological features of50cases of GIST. The expressions of CD117、CD34、Dog-1and PDGFRA in50cases of GIST tissues and Dog-1and PDGFRA in10cases of uterine smooth muscle tumor were detected by universal two-step method of immunohistochemistry.[Results] Patients of GIST presented with abdomen discomfort, and the most common symptoms were abdominal distention and abdominal pain. There were three major morphologic types:spindle cell type(32cases), epithelioid cell type (12cases) and mixed cell type (6cases). The positive expression rate of CD117、CD34、DOG1、PDGFRA was92.00%(46/50)、78.00%(39/50)、96.00%(48/50),72.00%(36/50) respectively. CD34、CD117were both positive in72%of GIST. The positive expression rate of DOG1、PDGFRA was75.00%(3/4)、75.00%(3/4) respectively in GIST of CD117negative; was0.00%(0/10)、20.00%(2/10) respectively in10cases of uterine smooth muscle tumor; was significant differences in GIST and uterine smooth muscle tumor (P<0.05). No statistical significance was observed between the expression of CD117、DOG1、PDGFRA with age、sex、Korean and Han nationality、position、risk and histological type (P>0.05). Expression of CD34in GIST site had statistical significance (P<0.05), high expression in the stomach; with age, gender, Korean and Han nationality, risk and histological types had no difference (P>0.05).[Conclusion] GIST has varied cell types and different arrangements, and lack of distinctive clinical manifestation; Dog-1、CD117and CD34staining Can be used in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of GIST. CD117、CD34、 DOG1and PDGFRA was high expression in GIST. DOG1has a higher sensitivity and specificity than CD117in GIST. Combined detection of CD117, CD34, DOG1, PDGFRA help the GIST diagnosis and differential diagnosis, particularly DOG1and PDGFRA detection of CD117negative part of GIST diagnosis has important significance. Expression of CD117, DOG1, PDGFRA unrelated to age、sex、Korean and Han nationality、position、risk and histological type of patient. Expression of CD34was related to the position, high expression in the stomach; CD34had nothing to do with age, gender, Korean and Han nationality, risk and the histological type.
