Part oneThe clinical study of propranolol combined with laser in the refractory infantile hemangiomaObjective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of propranolol given orally combin ed with Cynergy dual-wavelength laser in the refractory infantile hema ngioma.Methods:30cases of children followed by A therapy, first were used withp ropranolol1-2mg/kg/d by oral application until no significant effect occu r, and then were taken laser therapy.31cases of children followed by B therapy:all patientswere treated with Cynergy dual-wavelength lase r in their skin lesions after they taken medicine with one week(the same dose and method as A therapy). Observe the size and color of tumor a nd record it by photograph to assess the efficacy。Results:A group were cured after14months of treatment. And B group were cured after9months of treatment. So, the B group treatment need less time than the A group way to cure the IH (P>0.05). The ad verse effects after medication were observed and managed according ly.Conclusion:The treatment by propranolol given orally combined with Cynergy du al-wavelength laser is better than the treatment of Cynergy dualwavele ngth laser after taken pronolol orally until no significant effect occur Part twoImpacts of propranolol and photodynamic therapy in apoptosis of vascular endothelial cellsObjective:To investigate the influence of propranolol and photodynamic therapy in apoptosis and proliferation of the human vascular endothelial cells in vitro.Methods:Endothelial cells were treated with propranolol、photodynamic therapy^propranolol and photodynamic therapy, the cell proliferation activity and cell viability was detected by MTT assay, the cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometer.Results:1. The cytostatic action of propranolol and photodynamic therapy was Stronger than propranolol or photodynamic therapy (P<0.05)2. propranolol、photodynamic therapy can induce endothelial cells apoptosis, the highest apoptosis rate was the group of propranolol and photodynamic therapy (P<0.05)Conclusion:The induced apoptosis effects of the group of propranolol and photodynamic therapy was obvious stronger than the group of propranolol or photodynamic therapy.
