Study On The Content Change Of Chemical Composition And Pharmacodynamics In The Drub Couple About Different Compatibility Proportion In Anemarrhenae Rhizoma And Gypsum Fibrosem

Objective: To establish a method for the determination about the contents ofChemical composition and Pharmacodynamics in the drub couple about AnemarrhenaeRhizoma and Gypsum Fibrosem, To explore the variation of the composition in thecompatibility of different proportions. To study the dose-effect relationship of drubcouple.and explore the significance of compatibility of medicines, To provide scientificbasis for clinical Chinese medicine dialectical medication.Methods: To provide the drub couple about Different compatibility proportion inAnemarrhenae Rhizoma and Gypsum Fibrosem as the object of study and establish amethod, to determin the effective components of Chemical composition andPharmacodynamics in the drub couple about Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and GypsumFibrosem wite Water decoction. Designing the animal-heating model and modeling Tostudy the dose-effect relationship of drub couple.and explore the significance ofcompatibility of medicines.Results: The contents of neomangiferin and aponins changed when GypsumFibrosem was added into the groups of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Some of ratios ofGypsum Fibrosem can increase the contents of neomangiferin at first,then decrease whenthe protortion was3:1.,but Other changes are not obvious; Pharmacodynamic studies showthat it can enhance the antipyretic action when the drub couple of Anemarrhenae Rhizomaand Gypsum Fibrosem be used with mixming.Conclusion: This method is simple、accurate and good repeatability．It can be usedfor the determination about the contents of neomangiferin in the drub couple aboutAnemarrhenae Rhizoma and Gypsum Fibrosem．The reseach proved the theory that " thesecret of Chinese medicine is duo to the dose ", which points out the direction for furtherresearch.
