Objective: This study aimed to investigate the Xintongningyihao in treatment ofstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis clinicalcurative effect.This study preliminary analysis of its mechanism and its mechanism, Inorder to provide reference for the clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease, And then improvement the patients’ quality of life who with stable anginapectoris.Methods:Random selection60patients who has been diagnosed in stable anginapectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. All patients Dividedinto grade I-II According to NYHA.Then the patients were randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group Each group have30cases patients. The experimentalgroup used Xintongning1treatment and The control group were given Fufang DanshenTablets.Next observe the therapeutic effects after4weeks.Results:In the treatment of angina pectoris, the total efficiency of the test group is70%, and the control group was46.7%. The test group is better than the control group(P<0.05). In the therapeutic efficacy of TCM Syndromes, the total efficiency of the testgroup is90.0%, and the control group was72.0%. The test group is better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).In the electrocardiographic effects, the total efficiency of the test group is66.7%, and the control group was46.7%. The test group is better than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusions:The treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease withQi deficiency and blood stasis which use Xintongningyihao has a better effect than the control group.Which can significantly improve patients’ chest pain and the extent ofepisodes. It also can improve the tightness and other associated symptoms, improvepatients’ ECG T wave inversion condition.
