Objective:The study of pathology diagnosis for breast hyperplasia, precancerouslesions, breast cancer cases were Ki67, bcl-2research and analysis of traditional Chinesemedicine syndromes, and to study the correlation between the two, on TCM microscopic,quantification of exploration, for precancerous lesions of breast carcinoma providetheoretical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Collection of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine of breast and thyroid surgery from April to20102007and June werepathologically diagnosed as benign breast hyperplasia, breast cancer, precancerous lesionsin female patients with30cases in each case, the syndrome differentiation for stagnation ofphlegm syndrome:, phlegm-blood stasis, poison knot to phlegm and blood stasissyndromes3. The collection of information, using immunohistochemical method, detectionof90cases of Ki-67, Bcl-2expression, and analyzes the relationship between TCMsyndrome type and. Using the SPSS19.0data package was used for statistical processing.Result:①The stagnation of phlegm, phlegm, Phlegm Stasis Toxin knot3syndromein the mammary glands, precancerous lesions, the distribution of breast cancer hadsignificant difference (P <0.05).②The Ki67, Bcl-2in the mammary glands,precancerous lesion and breast carcinoma with positive expression of TCM Different nosignificant correlation (P>0.05).③The expression of Ki-67in breast hyperplasia topremalignant lesions to breast cancer showed an increasing trend, the statistical analysisthe difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).④TheBcl-2in breast hyperplasia in the expression are all positive, were higher than those ofprecancerous lesion and breast cancer group, and the three compared with statistical significance (P <0.05).⑤The Ki-67and Bcl-2in breast hyperplasia and breast cancer,precancerous lesions in the three groups did not show correlationConclusion:Disease of the breast carcinogenesis in accordance with the basic qistagnation, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin knot pattern evolution, and Western medicinebreast cancer stage development model (hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia and carcinomain situ and invasive cancer awareness similar). Ki-67and Bcl-2in breast canceroccurrence and development play a role, can be used as precancerous lesions of breastcancer malignant tendency evaluation index.
