The Clinical Research Of Close Reduction And Percutaneous Internal Fixation By Compressive Scrwe In Tretment Of Femoral Neck Fractures Of Garden Ⅲ,Ⅵ In Elderly Patients

Objective: To investigate the clinical research of close reduction and percutaneousinternal fixation by compressive screw in treatment of femoral neck fractures of GardenⅢ，Ⅳ in elderly patients surgery and treatmend. For clinical old people femoral neckfracture fixation for selection and provide a basis for future research.Methods: Collected from July2010to August2011in shandong university oftraditional Chinese medicine hospital orthopaedic hospital ward and accept the surgicaltreatment of patients， were selected the clinical research of close reduction andpercutaneous internal fixation by compressive screw in treatment of femoral neck fracturesof Garden Ⅲ，Ⅳ in elderly patients were63cases of cases.27cases of male,femalecases36. The age is more than56to79years old, average65.35years old,56to65yearsold have32cases,66to75years old have19cases,76to79years old have12cases. Theleft femur34cases of cervical fracture,29cases of right. In typing Garden:37cases oftype Ⅲ,26cases of type Ⅳ. Postoperative follow-up of8-16months.Results:63cases of fracture in this group of patients, have one case of fracturenonunion,the incidence rate was1.6%, and have two cases of avascular necrosis of femoralhead occurs, the incidence rate was9.5%, and the method of the overall cure rate was88.9%.Conclusion: The clinical research of close reduction and percutaneous internalfixation by compressive screw in treatment of femoral neck fractures of Garden Ⅲ，Ⅳ inelderly patients is small operation trauma,and fixed reliable treatment. The methodeffectively lower the fracture nonunion and the incidence of avascular necrosis, is to treatthe elderly of the femoral neck fracture reliable method.
