| Subject:To preparate and evaluate the Chinese medicine named "Qingre TonglinGranules" used to treat urinary tract infection,and then,study on its preparationprocess,quality standard,Preliminary stability and pharmacodynamics investigationresearch.Methods:Study on the extraction concentration，drying and molding process bysingle factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and have anointed rate, n-butanolextract content, peony glucoside content for auxiliary indexes, to determine the preparationprocess. With thin layer chromatoGraphy (TLC) each other to medicine by TLC, by HPLCroot of herbaceous peony glucoside of on the content deter-mination, formulating qualitystandards.Investigate the stability of the preparation at room temperature.Study on thepharmacodynamics of the "Qingre Tonglin Granules" with the Gout animalmodels.Results:The optimal preparation process is: boiling water for three times, first add8times water quantity, decoction1.5hours, second, third added six times water quantity,decoction1hour, filtration, filtrate decompression concentration (70~75℃,-0.08MPa) tothe relative density for1.10~1.15(60℃), add ethanol that contains alcohol amount50%,quiet place12hours, filtration, filtrate recycling ethanol decompression and continuereduced pressure concentration (70~75℃,-0.08MPa) to the relative density for1.10~1.15(60℃),add1.5%Aspartame and some dextrin, and the spray drying granulating. Thinlayer chromatography (TLC) can be helpful to the cortex phellodendri, radix and sichuanrhynchopylla, cogongrass rhizome, Hairyvein agrimony effectively identify etc.Preparations for the content of berberine hydrochlorid limit. Preliminary stability testresults show that the preparation room temperature conditions stable quality.Pharmacodynamics experiment shows that the agents for urinary tract infection has goodcurative effect.Conclusion:" Qingre Tonglin Granules"the ideal medicine compoundpreparations, safe and effective, quality control, and nature is stable. |
