Objective: To investigate the method of arthroscopic treatment of meniscal tear andrecent clinical retrospective study, evaluating the effects of arthroscopic surgery.Methods:38cases of arthroscopic treatment of meniscal injury typically in ourhospital from April2009to November2011, in accordance with O,anor FLF meniscustaxonomy classification of follow-up observation.After38patients were followed up for6months-1.5years of follow-up time, an average of10.5months, the application of IKDCsubjective knee evaluation form, the Lysholm knee scoring sheet to evaluate.Results: According to O,anor FLF meniscus taxonomy classification term efficacystatistical analysis (P <0.01), excellent rate was78.9%.Conclusion: Meniscus arthroscopic suture significant effect, there are differencesbetween the repair of various types of damage, in which the longitudinal crack the besteffect; Arthroscopic treatment of meniscal tear is less invasive, less costly, early functionalrehabilitation, patients easily accepted, efficacyreliability advantages; specification of theclinical diagnosis and treatment of this surgical technique with clinical operability,practicality, and has gradually become the gold standard for treatment of meniscal injuries.
