The Correlation Study Of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Of Coronary Heart Disease And Periostin Protein

Objective: Through testing the levels of Periostin protein，PWV of coronary heartdisease（CHD），we may investigate the relationship between the levels of Periostinprotein、PWV and sydrome differentiation of CHD.Method: All subjects were enrolled from inpatients who underwent clinicaldiagnose.Collecting the patients’general information，including symptoms，signs，tongue，pulse and other clinical informations，then all the patients were divided into two clinicaltypes of TCM syndrome：30cases of blood stasis blocking collaterals，30cases of qideficiency and blood stasis.The general information related parameters were collected suchas：electrocardiogram，cardiac color Doppler ultrasound，myocardial enzymes，and otherindicators．The level of Periostin protein of inpatients was detected by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay(ELISA)．The PWV was detected by using the VP-1000AutomaticArteriosclerosis Measurement System. After completion of the collection of data to usestatistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1. The numerical value of gender age，body height，bodyweight，BMI fromall the objects in the study had no diefference in the statistical significance;2.The analysisof the levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV of CHD group and normal controlgroup:The levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV of CHD group is higher than thenormal control group.,which is the same as the levels of TG、TC and LDL-C,however thelevels of HDL-C is lower；3. The analysis of the levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWVof all sydrome differentiation of CHD：The levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV hasno difference between blood stasis blocking collaterals group and qi deficiency and blood stasis group,which is the same as the level of TG、LDL-C、HDL-C.Conclusion：1.The levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV were difference betweenCHD and the health,the CHD had the higher levers,which is the same as the results fromthe study of exterior and interior. The levels of HDL-C is lower than the health, howeverthe levels of TG、TC、LDL-C is higher;2. The levels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV inTCM syndrome differentiation of coronary Heart disease is higher than the health;3.Thelevels of plasma Periostin protein、PWV has no difference between blood stasis blockingcollaterals group and qi deficiency and blood stasis group,so they can not be the objectivetargets for Sydrome Differentiation Type of TCM.
