A Clinical Study Of Qingrelishitang Treating Acute Gouty Atrhirtis

Objective：Through clinical research of Qingrelishitang and futalin treating acutegouty arthritis,we explore the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine method andclinical efficacy of acute gouty arthritis.Methods：Collect60cases of accumulated gouty arthritis.30cases in treatment group,to treat with Qingrelishitang and futalin;30cases of control group treated by colchicinesand futalin. Boths groups take10days course of treatment, We dealed blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein value,symptoms score, adverse reactions,and relapse rate for statistical analysis.Results：1.No significant in age, disease course, blood uric acid, erythrocytesedimentation rate, C-reactive protein value and symptoms score before treatment（P>0.05）.2.In treatment group, symptoms and signs points, blood uric acid, erythrocytesedimentation rate and C-reactive protein values were statistically significan（tP<0.05）.3.Incontrol group, symptoms and signs points,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactiveprotein value were statistically significan（tP<0.05）,with no significance in blood uric acid（P>0.05）.4.Symptoms and signs points, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate werestatistically significant in both group（P<0.05）, with no significance in C-reactive proteinvalues and blood uric acid,.5.Total effective rate difference were statistically significant, inboth group（P>0.05）.6.Rrecurrence rate of symptoms within3months were statisticallysignificant,in both group（P<0.05）; with no significance in remission time（P>0.05）.7.Differences in adverse reactions rate showed no significance, in both group（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Qingrelishitang and futalin can alleviate acute gouty arthritis jointpain，joint swelling and other limited symptoms effectively, lower blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein, recurrence rate,it can be worthyof clinical application.
