Objective:Discuss and summarize the clinical characteristics and survival analysis of the lung cancer patients who smoked, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of the patients with lung cancer who smoked.Methods:368cases of patients with lung cancer who smoked included in the group,we finished their medical records, compared the difference of their age structure,sex ratio, histopathologic classification,clinical stages,treatment methods and TCM symptoms,and analyze the influence of survival.Results:368cases of the lung cancer patients, in the age distribution,the number of50to59years old and60to69years old significantly more than other age groups(p<0.05); gender ratio is7.98:1(p<0.01); squamous cell carcinoma is more than other types(p<0.01); in the small cell lung cancer clinical stages, extensive patients are more than limited stage patients (p<0.01); non-small cell lung cancer Ⅲ, Ⅳperiod patients are more than Ⅰ,11period patients (p<0.01); nonoperative treatment is more than the surgical treatment (p<0.01);nonoperative therapy in traditional chinese medicine combined radiation and chemotherapy treatment more than simply the radiation and chemotherapy with pure chinese herbal medicine in treating the people (p<0.01);traditional chinese medicine qi yin liang xu type and re du chi cheng type are more than other type (p<0.05); survival analysis found that sex, histopathologic classification, chinese medicine points to the survival prognosis of influence on the obvious (p>0.05); And age, clinical pathologic stage, the method of treatment, smoking index for survival prognosis has influence (p<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with lung cancer who smoked is in50-69years old;The male patients is more than the female patients, and squamous cell carcinoma is more common; more than that for the period, many non-operative therapy, and age, clinical staging, treatment methods selection and smoking index can affect survival prognosis...
