Objective: To observe effectiveness and safety of supplementing Qi to reinforcespleen and stomach treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.To discuss its relative advantagescomparing with domperidone in order to provide the basis for clinical practice.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetic gastroparesis,select thepatients with diabetic gastroparesis.Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to choose the60cases of qualified patients.60cases of diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomlydivided into treatment group of30patients,30cases of the control group.Both groupsmaintain the original diet control,exercise and glucose-lowering treatment.The treatmentgroup to BuZhongYiQi soup,the control group to domperidone5mg,three times a day,threeweeks course of treatment.Through observeing the blood glucose and the clinicalsymptoms, using applicational software SPSS19.0to the relevance of the data statisticanalysis and get a summary of the relevance between treatment group and control group.Results: Through clinical observation and comparison between the treatment groupand the control one,both groups has curative effect on decreasing the blood glucose andimproving symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis, but the treatment group was better than thecontrol one.Conclusions:BuZhongYiQi soup has obvious advantages in decreasing blood glucoseand improving clinical symptoms of diabetic gastroparesis patients. The results show thatthe supplementing Qi to reinforce spleen and stomach treatment of medicine has obviousadvantages in patients with diabetic gastroparesis.
