Objective: Analysis of CHB ALT twice the following syndrome distributionfactor for treatment of CHB to provide a basis for differentiation,And studyon the relationship among the symptom medical examination(biochemicalvirology hepatitis B five liver pathology etc)Methods: One hundred and fifty subjects with CHB ALT<2U were divided intosix types according to the syndrome differentiation of Traditional ChineseMedicine:1.dampness-heat accumulation2.liver depression and Qi stagnation3. liver depression and spleen deficiency4.blood-stasis in meridian5.liver-kidney yin deficiency6.spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Then researchtheir gender、age、the time they got this disease, and the reason of abnormalof liver function, and the treatment before they came to us.At last, examiningthe relationship to the objective indicators.Results:1. incentive to Abnormal of Liver function can be be summarizedas Improper diet、tiredness、mood disorder、Changes in the weather、Oral thehepatoprotective Lower transaminase drug (Schisandra agents, silymarin class, licorice preparations, etc.) to force reducing enzyme can not be normal orrebound、the first three months before the antiviral treatment transaminasefailed to normalization、 Abnormal liver cirrhosis reversed after thewithdrawal. 2. The distributing-rule of TCM symptom of150patients with chronichepatitis B is: dampness-heat accumulation type> liver depression and spleendeficiency type>.liver depression and Qi stagnation,> blood-stasis inmeridian> liver-kidney yin deficiency> spleen-kidney yang deficiency, TCMsyndrome between the sex ratio was no statistically significant differencebetween the age of liver depression and Qi stagnation smallest compared withother syndromes difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);.liverdepression and Qi stagnation patients shortest course of disease compared withother syndromes,The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).3.In all the groups,dampness-heat accumulation has the highest HBeAg-positive rate, comparing with other groups, the difference is obvious(P<0.05).There is no obvious difference among the others.4.In all the groups,dampness-heat accumulation has the highest rate ofthe positive of HBV-DNA.And the spleen-kidney yang deficiency has the lowestrate of the positive of HBV-DNA.There is statistically significant betweenthe comparison of the above two.(P<0.01)And there is no obvious statisticallysignificant among the comparison of the others.5.Among all the syndrome types liver depression and spleen deficiencyshows the best result of B ultrasound and the liver-kidney yin deficiency showsthe worst result. And the difference between the above two has statisticallysignificant.(P<0.01)And there is no obvious statistically significant amongthe comparison of the others.85%has the same result between the B ultrasoundand the clinical manifestations(chronic liver disease),and the other15%shows the normal result.6.There are54patients underwent liver puncture.Liver pathology of81.48%patients show G0-1,and the rest of the patients show a contraryresult. The order from good to bad is liver depression and spleen deficiency>liver depression and Qi stagnation>dampness-heat accumulation>blood-stasisin meridian>liver-kidney yin deficiency>spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Conclusion: According to the120patients we can know that:the reasonof pathogenesis of CHB is complex. The dampness-heat accumulation is the commonsyndrome type and has the highest HBeAg positive rate. The course of liverdepression and spleen deficiency is the shortest. There is obvious correlationamong B ultrasound liver pathology clinical manifestations and relevantinspection.
