| Objective:Chronic hepatitis C is caused by the hepatitis C virus liver inflammatory diseases, the number of new infections each year is about 1-3/100000, the actual number of infected patients is clearly higher than this figure. It belongs to diseases in TCM such as "jaundice", "hypochondriac pain", "epidemic toxin", "liver plague" and other disease areas. TCM syndrome differentiation is the basic characteristics of TCM theory, and one of the main methods of TCM clinics. The purpose of this study on patients with chronic hepatitis C in Hubei investigation reveals the age distribution of the characteristics of the infection pathway, infection duration and distribution of syndromes, chronic hepatitis C classification of TCM clinical observation provided the basis To improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis C basis. Methods:From January 2009 to December 2010 in Hubei Province Chinese medicine hospital,40 patients seek treatment for patients with chronic hepatitis C epidemiological surveys to collect medical records, uniform complete epidemiological surveys, TCM syndrome score table, SF-36 and CLDQ, the general information, four diagnostic information and laboratory test results, a standardized input into the computer, using SPSS13.0 medical statistics software for data analysis, including frequency distribution, cluster analysis and other multivariate statistical methods. Explore the epidemiology of chronic hepatitis C and the distribution of syndrome cases.Results:1. The investigation of 40 cases in Hubei Province in patients with chronic hepatitis C, women significantly more than male to female ratio was 1:1.5, mean age 47.55 years,40 years old to 60 years old accounted for 52.5%, which consistent with epidemiology rules of chronic hepatitis C.2. In 40 patients,33 patients infected by the blood, accounting for 82.5%, indicating that chronic hepatitis C from blood transfusion remains the major route of transmission. But in recent years, the disease tends to diversify routes of infection, including mother to child transmission, tooth extraction and so on.3. Patients surveyed, the course is generally longer, the infection of 10 years to 20 years accounted for 62.5%, but the symptoms of the disease have occult, it is difficult to clear the course.4. The survey collected a total of 89 signs and symptoms, followed by a higher frequency of yellow urine (85%), malaise and fatigue (80%), irritability (72.5%), dry mouth (70%), dizziness (67.5%); points were high is yellow urine (90%), malaise and fatigue (85%), dizziness (80%), spontaneous (77.5%), thirst (75%). Note frequency and integration is different, the frequency reflects the number of symptoms, while the integral reflects the degree of symptoms.5. Using SPSS13.0 software to 40 patients cluster analysis, combined with expert opinion, TCM chronic hepatitis C can be divided into six categories:The first category is the total of 16 cases of Liver-QI with deficiency and Spleen; second category is deficiency liver-yin and Kidney yin a total of 12 cases; the third category is the total of 5 cases of deficiency of Spleen-yang and Kidney-yang; The fourth category is the damp-heat in the Liver and cholecyst of 3 cases; The fifth positive imaginary and evil 3 cases; the sixth category is the total of blood stasis 1 case.6. Various syndromes of TCM and the relationship between liver function test results showed that the results of liver function in various syndromes with no apparent correlation.7.21 patients were satisfied with their health in SF-36, in line with the characteristics of hidden symptoms of the disease. CLDQ typical symptoms and signs are:irritability, fatigue, and 30 patients were worried that the disease can not be cured, suggesting that patients of this disease concerns.Conclusion:6 class consistent with chronic hepatitis C and the characteristics of TCM, the basic pathogenesis is invasion of the body Immunotoxin for the damp heat, damage the liver and spleen, liver failure catharsis, the spleen lost health movement, resistance phlegm, Qi stagnation blood stasis, Inclusion of the situation eventually form the actual situation. Will have the characteristics of modern quality of life scale introduction of TCM system will be more effective in promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine. |
