Objective:LCP compared with Intramedullary Interlocking Nail in treatment offemoral non-union, and conclude their operation effects.Methods:Collect40patients with femoral non-union who met the inclusion criteriafrom Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese MedicineOrthopedic from2009.9to2011.3. Divided into A (20cases with LCP) and B (20caseswith Intramedullary Interlocking Nail). All patients were followed up after treatment,compared with operation time, blood loss, postoperative bone healing rate, andJohner-Wruh functionalassessment of the results.Results:Both of the two group get significant effect in treatment of femoralnon-union,A the operation time, blood loss lower than the B group, There were significantstatistical difference (P <0.05).A was better in postoperative bone healing rate than Bgroup, But no significant differences (P>0.05). Johner-Wruh A group of excellent andgood rate function evaluation85.0%;B group was75.0%. But no significant differencebetween the two groups (P>0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:compared with Intramedullary Interlocking Nail,LCP in the treatmentof femoral non-union with less damage to the local blood supply and less operationtime.but in postoperative bone healing rate,and the results of Johner-Wruhfunctionalassessment,there were no significant differencebetween them.
