Objective To understand the effect of TEACCH combined with floor time in thetreatment of children with autism and provide reference basis for the treatment ofchildren with autism. Methods Evaluated96children who were diagnosed as autism,then made individual compositive training plan.The training adopt structuredteaching,and floor time5days each week,6hours each day,12months together.Evaluated the patient using autism children development evaluation sheet and AutismBehavior Checklis(tABC) after training6and12months respectively, then comparedthe results. Results The problem of every aspects of children with autism improvedafter6and12months’training compared with training before, which had a significantdifference. The effect of12months’ training was better than6months’, which had asignificant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion TEACCH combined with floor timewas effective for children with autism.The effect improved with the increasing time oftreatment.
