Objective and background:Along with the progress of technology in ultrasound and hysteroscopy, Endometrial polyps become common gynecologic benign tumor, and95.2%is benign.EP can lead to abnormal bleeding. Clinical manifestations in premenopau-sal are intermenstrual bleeding or increases amount, menstrual extension common, P-ostmenopausal performance for irregular vaginal bleeding. The proportion of infertility is6%. Treatment with hysteroscopy electricity cut method usually give priority to EP, T-e recurrence rate is5.5%.Pre-cancerous rate is1.3%, malignant change rate is3.5%. Al-though endometrial polyps are common, the pathogenesis is not clear. The over expre-ssion of estrogen receptor in polyps. The most common research about polyps is that e-strogen receptor in local is enhancement, and the proge-sterone receptor expression is down which lead to local endometrial hyperplasia of excessive, eventually become pol-yps, c-myc is estrogen receptor target genes, The estrogen receptor play a key role in m ediated the transcription of estrogen, c-myc can promote cell proliferation, different-iation with the regulation of cell cyclinE, c-myc and cyclinE can promote the endometr-ial carcinoma occurs,.The purpose of our study is to further understand the expression of c-myc and cyclinE in endometrial polyps,to provide the theory basis of endometrial polyps for the diagnosis and treatment, to provide new research direction for polyps p-rogression.Methods:The methods of study to detect the expression of c-myc, cyclinE in endom metrial polips through the immunohistochemical (SP), With the nucleus appear yellow granular cytoplasm or or yellowish-brown particles is positive cells. Result:C-myc in endometrial polyps glands of the expressions of positive reached76.6%, the positive in the same uterine away from the normal endometrial polyps organization is29.7%, positive In normal endometrium of the expression is25.0%(χ2=42.286, p=0.000). The expression of c-myc in polyp’s glands is significantly higher than in normal control groups. In the stroma of endometrial polyp, the positive expre ssions of c-myc reached71.9%, the positive in the same uterine away from the normal endometrial polyps organization is37.5%, positive In normal endometrium of the expr ession is21.9%(χ2=34.032, p=0.000). The expression of c-myc in polyp’s stroma is significantly higher than in normal control groups. cyclinE in endometrial polyps glan ds of the expressions of positive reached81.3%, the positive in the same uterine aw ay from the normal endometrial polyps organization is21.9%, positive In normal endo metrium of the expression is18.8%(χ2=34.032, p=0.000). The expression of c-myc in polyp’s glands is significantly higher than in normal control groups. In the stroma of e ndometrial polyp, the positive expressions of c-myc reached75.0%, the positive in the same uterine away from the normal endometrial polyps organization is34.4%, positive In normal endometrium of the expression is17.2%(χ2=62.40, p=0.000). The expres sion of c-myc in polyp’s stroma is significantly higher than in normal control groups.in discrimination. Both expression are positively correlated The expressions of c-myc,cycli nE in endometrial polyps glands and stroma are positively correlated. Conclusion:The over expression of c-myc and cyclinE in the glands and stroma in endometrial polyps may may lead to the development of polyps.
