| Objective To investigate ovarian endometrial cyst after conservative surgery treatmentof recurrent related factors,and the effects of combined treatment of gestrinone andmifepristone.Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients with ovarian endometrial cyst who hadundergone conservative surgery were followed up,and the age,medical treatment aftersurgery ect ten recurrent related factors was analyzed.All162patients with ovarianendometrial cyst after conservative surgery were divided into3groups:the patients ingroup A were treated by little dosage mifepristone combining with gestrinone(62cases),patients in group B were treated by gestrinone(54cases),and patients in group Cwere simple surgery group(46cases).Patients were followed-up for2years.The totalefficacies,relapse rate,side effects and pregnancy rate were compared among these threegroups.Results1.162patients cases were colleted to followed for2years，recurrence42case，2years accumulative recurrence25.9%;(2) Conservative Surgery and recurrenceof related factors analysis:age，dysmenorrhea,uterine cavity had undergone surgery, thestaging of r-AFS and medicine after surgery are statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Thetotal efficacies in group A was obviously higher than that group B or C,while the relapserate was significantly lower。In group A and B the side effects no obviously statisticaldifference.The pregnancy rate in infertility patients was no obviously statisticaldifference after surgery in these3groups. Conclusions1.Endometriosis is female hormones dependence disease，easilyrecurrence after treatment of postoperative medication，age,dysmenorrhea,uterine cavityhad undergone surgery, the staging of r-AFS and medicine after surgery are recurrenceof related faetors,2.the age is smaller, conservative surgical adjuvant treatment withoutdrugs,uterine cavity had undergone surgery,are easily recurrence,3.The total efficaciesrate is higher and the relapse rate is lower in little dosage mifepristone combining withgestrinone after the conservative surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometrial cyst. |
