The other23specimens taking the homeochronousgallbladder tissues because of calculus or adenoma. all patients were not receivingchemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery,and a complete follow-up data. Usingimmunohistochemical staining (SP) to detected the expression of SATB1protein andE-Cad protein in two gallbladder group. use the statistical methods for analyse thedata.Result:1. The positive rates of SATB1was66.7%in gallbladder carcinoma was significantlyhigher than the expression in control group, which were20.0%and25.0%(P<0.05).The positive rates of E-cad was28.2%in gallbladder carcinoma was significantlylower than the expression in control group, which were93.3%and100%(P<0.001).2. the expression of SATB1in gallbladder carcinoma was connected with tumor grade,clinical stage,lymph node and far diversion(P<0.05). the expression of E-cad ingallbladder carcinoma was connected with tumor grade and clinical stage(P<0.05).3. There was a significant negative correlation was discovered between the expression of SATB1,E-Cad in gallbladder carcinoma (P<0.05).4. tumor grade, clinical stage,the expression of SATB1,E-Cad were independentfactor in the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma patients(P<0.05).conclusion1. The positive rates of SATB1was66.7%in gallbladder carcinoma was significantlyhigher than the expression in control group, The positive rates of E-cad was28.2%ingallbladder carcinoma was significantly lower than the expression in control group.2.
