The Clinical Effect Of Jiajian-huanglianwendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Metabolic Syndrome And The Impact On Mau

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiajian-Huanglianwendan Decoction in the treatment of patients with Metabolic syndrome and survey the impact on microalbuminuria,which will provide clinical evidence for the prevention and cure of Metabolic syndrome with TCM.Methods:60patients with Metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,both of which included30people.The control group were simply treated with the basic therapy,the treatment group were treated with Jiajian-Huanglianwendan Decoction while with the basic therapy.The observation period was4weeks.Before and after the treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,BMI,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose,microalbuminuria,and the function of liver and kidney were recorded.Results:1.After the treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms were decreased to a certain extent in both groups,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The total effect rate of the treatment group was93.33%,which is much better than the control group-70%,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The blood pressure and glucose were somewhat decreased in both groups and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood pressure and glucose in the treatment group were much lower than the control group and the comparion had statistical significance(P<0.05).The healing effect on blood pressure and glucose of the treatment group was superior to the control group and the comparion had statistical significance(P<0.05). 4.The TC,TG and LDL-C were all decreased in both groups and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The check indicators of the treatment group were lower than the control group and the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group had better curative effect on blood lipid and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The microalbuminuria of the two groups were both decreased after the treatment and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The microalbuminuria of the treatment group was lower than the control group and the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05).6.After the treatment,the BMI and waist circumference were all decreased to some extent but the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The BMI and waist circumference of the treatment group were lower than the control group,which had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Jiajian-Huanglianwendan Decoction can obviously improve the clinical efficacy on patients with Metabolic syndrome.2.Adding Jiajian-Huanglianwendan Decoction in the treatment acts on decreasing blood pressure,blood lipids as well as blood glucose and has a better curative effect than the conventional therapy group.However,the effect of a short-term application of abdominal obesity is unobvious.3.Jiajian-Huanglianwendan Decoction has some improving function in decreasing the microalbuminuria in the treatment of Metabolic syndrome.
