The Efficacy Of The Xiao Xianxiong Tang On Lipids And Oxidized Low-Density Lipoprotein Of Hyperlipidemia Type â…¡ (Phlegm Repressor Type)

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the xiao Xianxiong tang on TCM clinical syndromes,lipids and oxidized low-density lipoprotein of hyperlipidemia type II (phlegm repressor type).Methods:63patients who met the standard were divided according to the random number table into control group and treatment group,the control group with31cases and the treatment group including32cases. The control group were given atorvastatin D calcium (Lipitor) based on the trearment of basic disease.The treatment group were given the xiao Xiaoxianxiong tang based on the control group. Ovserve TCM syndrome scores, LDL-C and ox-LDL levels were observed after one month of treatment.Results:1.The xiao Xianxiong tang can significantly enhance TCM syndrome scores on hyperlipidemia type II (phlegm repressor type).There was no significant difference between the two groups by Independent samples test(P<0.05)2.The xiao Xianxiong tang can significantly reduce the LDL-C and Ox-LDL level, the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:The xiao Xianxiong tang can exactly treat hyperlipidemia type â…¡ (phlegm repressor type),there is no significant side effects;it can significantly reduce the LDL-C and Ox-LDL levels.
