Objective:Retrospective study of laparoscopic surgery line adrenalectomy treatment efficacy evaluation of adrenal pheochromocytoma and prognostic factors, to supply more clinical reference for effective treatment of adrenal pheochromocytoma. Methods:By studying53cases of clinical cases of laparoscopic surgery for pheochromocytoma and comparative studying of its clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, preoperative preparation, surgery and surgical prognosis of clinical data, analysis of the efficacy of the treatment of pheochromocytoma by laparoscopic surgical removal of the adrenal gland and analysis various factors of the prognostic evaluation.Results:1. All53cases of clinical cases were treated under general anesthesia, laparoscopic surgical removal of the adrenal gland and the operations were successful, no cases into open surgery, and all postoperative pathology report for the adrenal pheochromocytoma, none intraoperative and postoperative complications, none perioperative mortality.2. Short-term follow-up one month after surgery,a variety of clinical symptoms were effective in improving. The headache and dizziness symptom improvement rate was90.5%,chest tightness and palpitations symptom improvement rate was94.3%,sweating symptom improvement rate was100%,nausea vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms to improve the rate of100%.3. All53cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma have hypertension symptoms of clinical cases, In line with hypertension diagnostic criteria. To following up for 6-18months of the improving the situation of all patients with hypertension,38patients without other auxiliary buck way after blood pressure returned to normal, but still having15cases of patients in the postoperative blood pressure are still higher than the normal or required in the case of taking other antihypertensive drugs to blood pressure control at normal levels. Analyze statistically these53cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma in patients with gender, age, duration of hypertension, hypertension duration time, family history of hypertension, size and location, preoperative blood pressure which is effectively controlled (these refers only to the a adrenalreceptor blockers to control blood pressure) and the prognosis,to establish logistic regression equation.Hypertension duration time and preoperative blood pressure which is effectively controlled or not can affect the situation of postoperative hypertension to improve.Conclusion:1. Surgical resection is the only effective treatment of adrenal pheochromocytoma, and laparoscopic surgical removal of the adrenal gland is the gold standard for treatment of pheochromocytoma, which exact effect and with a small incision, less bleeding, a number of advantages compared with open surgery.2.In the study of the prognosis of patients, hypertension duration time and preoperative blood pressure which is effectively controlled or not can affect the situation of postoperative hypertension to improve.
