Objective:To know the probaqbility of cardiovascular adverse events occurred in hemodialysis patients。And to investigate the risk factors of cardiovascular adverse events in hemodialysis patients. Methods:Randomly selected67cases of ESRD who stability accepted maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January2009to December2009. The patients were divided two groups according to whether there had a cardiovascular adverse events since5months ago.The cardiovascular adverse events group (including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, nonfatal heart failure) and no adverse cardiovascular events group. Record each patient’s age, gender, primary disease, dialysis age, dry weight, and tested patients’dialysis weight, systolic blood pressure before and after hemodialysis every time.Test albumin dialysis blood plasma hemoglobin, total protein, triglyceride and cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and biochemical indexes every time before hemodialysis.Every time before testing albumin dialysis blood plasma hemoglobin, total protein, triglyceride and cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, biochemical indexes microinflammation state, and calcium phosphate metabolic disorder were related. And statistics analysis with all kinds of above factors.Results:(1) Between all the blood dialysis patients,29patients(43.3%) with cardiovascular adverse events,38patients (56.7%) with non cardiovascular adverse events.(2) The average age of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were63.41+/-3.32years old, and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were54.38±2.16years old,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(3) The dialysis age of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were27.34±1.89months, and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were13.21±2.05months,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(4) The systolic blood pressure of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were172.15±12.36mmHg,and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were153.56±17.21mmHg,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(5) The TC of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were7.21+0.89mmol/L,and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were4.67±3.54mmol/L,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(6) The LDL of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were4.34±1.87mmol/L,and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were2.27±0.91mmol/L,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(7) The PTH of cardiovascular adverse events group patients were81.31±56.83mmol/L,and no cardiovascular adverse events group patients were34.07±24.10mmol/L,the result has statistically difference, P<0.05.(8) Compare of all the factors between two groups shows, age, dialysis age, systolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and calcium phosphate metabolic disorder were the independent risk factors of cardiovascular adverse events in hemodialysis patients。Conclusions:Age, dialysis age, systolic blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, parathyroid hormone, and calcium phosphate metabolic disorder were the independence risk factor for cardiovascular adverse events, Effectively control the blood pressure, lipid levels in dialysis patients and calcium phosphate metabolic disorder is conducive to the prevention of cardiovascular adverse events.
