Part1. The correlation of serum NT-proBNP with pulmonary arterialhypertension.Objective: To evaluate the relationship between NT-proBNP and theseverity of pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods: We analyzed retrospectively the serum NT-proBNP, cTn C,UA level in157PAH patients. Collect80PAH patients in our hospital,divided them into4groups, detect serum CRP、NT-proBNP, evaluate therelationship between CRP、NT-proBNP and the severity of PAH.Results:1.The NT-proBNP level in slightly, moderately, severelyincreased groups are directly proportional with the order of severity,thedifferent between the moderately、severely group and slightly group issignificant(P<0.05); NT-proBNP concentration was correlated with PASP.2.Plasma CRP level is significantly increased in PAH groups (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Serum NT-proBNP level concentration increased whenPASP increased, NT-proBNP has a moderate correlation with thepulmonary artery pressure, NT-proBNP play an important role in early diagnosis of PAH, and NT-proBNP level can partly reaction the severe ofPAH.2.Of serum CRP level, significant difference was found between thePAH group and the normal group (P <0.05). It showed that correlationexisted between CRP level and order of severity of PH.Part2. The correlation between serum NT-proBNP level and renalinsufficiency.Objective: To study the clinical value of NT-proBNP in patients withCRF, evaluate the relationship between NT-proBNP、PASP and renalinsufficiency in CRF patients with PAH.Methods: We analyzed the serum NT-proBNP, Scr, UA, BUN,Cys-C in153patients with CRF in our hospital, all the CRF patients weredivided into2groups(CRF with PAH, CRF without PAH), analysis thelevel of NT-proBNP and the relationship between PASP and renal function.Results:1. Significant difference was found amoung the renalinsufficiency group and the control (P <0.05). NT-proBNP concentrationwas significantly correlated with renal function.2. Of Scr、UA andNT-proBNP concentration,there were significant difference among2groups. PASP was correlated with Scr concentration.Conclusion:1. The NT-proBNP level obviously raised up as the renalfunction went down, there’s a correlation between them.2. PASP in CRFpatients with PAH has a correlation with renal function.
