The single factor analysis was used for finding theinfluencing factors of protection behavior and risk behavior for AIDS.Build the structural equation model of the factors of protection behaviorand risk behavior for AIDS of FSW based on KAP theory, discussed theinfluence mechanism of the factors. RESULTSThe questionnaire results of1593respondents FSW showed accountsnature, age, culture level, marital status, whether to have children, AIDSknowledge, perceived AIDS severity, extent of AIDS, self-rating infectionrisk effect on age of sexual debut, the time of commercial sexual services, the frequency of change the place of work, the frequency of the condomuse in commercial sexual services, condom use frequency when havesexual behaviors with the fixed sexual partners, condom use frequencywhen have sexual behaviors with a temporary partner, drug addiction ornot, HIV test or not in the recent year, the sexual service frequency in aweek. The relative factors of the behavior related AIDS were social anddemographic factors, knowledge related HIV/AIDS, attitudes towardsAIDS. The goodness of fit for the structural equation model based onKAP theory was fitted was satisfactory, RMR was0.0797, GFI was0.9607,AGFI was0.9524,RMSEA was0.1011. The social anddemographic factors, knowledge related HIV/AIDS, attitudes towardsAIDS effected the risk behavior for AIDS the coefficients was-0.1872ã€-0.4237ã€-0.7644, and0.0396ã€0.0899ã€0.1621to the protection behavior.CONCLUSIONThe SEM showed that the social demographic factors, the knowledge related to HIV/AIDS effected the behaviors related toHIV/AIDS indirectly, and the attitudes towards AIDS effected thebehaviors related to HIV/AIDS directly.
