Objective Using retrospective analysis to evaluate the therapeuticeffects of three different operative ways to provide guidance for clinicalapplication. Methods One hundred and eighty paitient who have been gothypertensive intracereral hemorrhage and taken surgery in the firstaffiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University were divided in threegroups, traditional craniotomy hematoma evacuation, small skull windowcraniotomy hematoma evacuation and minimally invasive surgery(punctureand suction of intracerebral hematoma). Each group contain60patients andwere treated by three different operative ways between January2008andDecember2010.Then we compare the prognosis of these patients at1month and6month later after surgical treatment. Results There was no significant difference on mortality betweenthe three surgical groups. On the contrary,we found some obviousdifferences about the outcome of them. The minimally invasive surgery ismore beneficial for the functional recovery than the other two groups. But we didn’t find any differences of the prognosis between the traditionalcraniotomy hematoma evacuation and the small skull window craniotomyhematoma evacuation. Conclusions After6months follow-up,the fatality rate have nostatistics difference in three groups. But according to ADL grade, goodrecovery(ADL I-III)of the three groups had statistics difference, theminimally invasive surgery is more benefit for the outcome of the patients.
