MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNA molecules, about22nt in length.which involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation by binding to the3’untranslated region of a messenger RNA(mRNA). miRNAs play important regulatory roles in many important biological processes. At present, In the cardiovascular system, miRNAs are not only important for heart and vascular development but also play an essential role incardiac pathophysiology, such as hypertrophy, arrhythmia, and ischemia。 This review summarizes the recent findings of microRNA on myocardial infarction in order to provide a theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis and therapy. |
