Clinical Significant Of Combined Detection Of HBV Pre-S1Antigen, Pre-S2Antigen And HBeAg In Patients Infected By Hepatitis B Virus

Objective：To study the clinical significance of combined detection for HBVPre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen and HBeAg in the patients who were infected byhepatitis B virus, through investigating the relationship among HBV Pre-S1antigen,Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg and HBV-DNA.Methods：The586sera samples of chronic hepatitis patients were chosenrandomly. HBV Pre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen and HBeAg were detected byantibody-sandwich Enzymelinked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), while HBV-DNAwas detected by real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Then the relationship among HBV Pre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg andHBV-DNA were studied. Results：In the HBV-DNA positive group, the detectabilityrates of HBV Pre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg were significantly higher thanthat in the HBV-DNA negative group (all P<0.05). Moreover, HBV Pre-S1antigen,Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg were closely correlated with HBV-DNA (r=0.296,0.174,0.362). The relationship between HBeAg and HBV-DNA was the highest, then thatbetween HBV Pre-S1antigen and HBV-DNA, and that between Pre-S2antigen andHBV-DNA was the lowest.Among the combined detectability,all the combineddetectability groups including Pre-S1antigen and HBeAg dual-positive group,Pre-S2antigen and HBeAg dual-positive group,Pre-S1antigen and Pre-S2antigendual-positive group, Pre-S1antigen,Pre-S2antigen and HBeAg tri-positive group hadthe relationgship with HBV-DNA(r=0.376,0.589,0.462,0.607), and all therelationships were higher than single-positive group.In the HBV Pre-S1antigen,Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg tri-positive group, the detectability rates of HBV-DNA weresignificant higher than that in single-positive group and dual-positive group (allP<0.05).Conclusion： HBV Pre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen, HBeAg were closelycorrelated with HBV-DNA. Among them, the relationship between HBeAg andHBV-DNA was the highest, then that between HBV Pre-S1antigen and HBV-DNA, and that between Pre-S2antigen and HBV-DNA was the lowest.Among therelationships with HBV-DNA, randoming dual-positive group and tri-positive groupwere higher than that single-positive group,and tri-positive group was highest.Combined detection of HBV Pre-S1antigen, Pre-S2antigen and HBeAg have moreimportant clinical significance than single-positive group and dual-positive group indiagnosing the infection of HBV and analyzing the situation of reproduction of HBV.
