Objective: To compare the improved approach with the classic posterior approach bylocking reconstruction plate in the treatment of scapular neck fracture the curativeeffect for clinical treatment method, provides the reference for the selection of.Methods: retrospective study of2009February to2012February operation treatmentof scapular neck fracture33cases, of which17cases of modified posterior approachusing Judet, male14, female3cases, aged22to50years old, average31.5yearsold;16cases using the classical posterior Judet approach, male14, female2cases, age18to50years old, average31.3years old. The two groups were combined withlocking reconstruction plate in the treatment of.Results: all the patients were followed up for.1. using the modified posterior approach: a case of Judet group after6months to12months follow-up,17cases in8~12weeks fracture bone healing, without internalfixation loosening, breaking. Operation time [(60+15) min], intraoperative bleeding[(65+15) ml], postoperative drainage volume [(80+16) ml], combined with Hardeggerfunction evaluation standard modified approaches was excellent in10cases, good in6cases, in1cases, the excellent and good rate was94.1%.2. the classic posterior approach: a case of Judet group after6months to12months follow-up,16cases in8~12weeks fracture bone healing, without internalfixation loosening, breaking. Operation time [(80+16) min], intraoperative bleeding[(100+12) ml], postoperative drainage volume [(100+20) ml], combined withHardegger function evaluation standard classical approach was excellent in8cases,good in6cases, in2cases, the excellent and good rate was87.5%.Conclusion: the modified posterior Judet approach group operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume than the classic rear Judetapproach group operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage flowwas significantly reduced, combined with Hardegger function evaluation standardmodified approaches the excellent and good rate was superior to the classical group, there was significant difference between two groups of indicators (P<0.05). Modified posterior Judet approach combined with locking reconstruction plate in the treatmentof scapular neck fracture is simple, with little trauma, less bleeding, rapidpostoperative recovery etc.
