Objective:To investigate can aid the biofeedback therapy improve the cognitivefunction of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:58patients were randomlydivided into two groups: Study Group for drug and psychological treatment combinedwith biofeedback treatment; control group for drugs and psychological treatment.Before treatment and8weeks after treatment were given Wechsler Adult MemoryScale, the trail-making test, Wisconsin card test were respectively assessed memory,attention, executive function. Results: the two groups of patients after treatment thanbefore treatment in short-term memory (Wechsler Memory Test in regeneration,associative memory, visual, tactile memory) memory quotient (MQ), a persistenterror of responders,,non-persistent errors of responders (WCST test), trail making Btest’s time were obviously improved (P <0.05). After the treatment the biologicalfeedback group and control group in the five tests of cognitive function outcomedifferences have statistical significance (P<0.05);conclusion: aid the biofeedbacktherapy could improve the cognitive function of patients with obsessive-compulsivedisorder. |
