ObjectiveThis experiment in viscera figure with acupuncture method as a major means of intervention,functional dyspepsia(FD)in rats as the research object,the viscera figure point method is good at adjusting qi activity associated with modern medicine in gastrointestinal dynamics,through the animal experiment,the method of selecting the corresponding gastrointestinal dynamics index,to explore viscera figure with acupuncture method for may influence mechanism of gastrointestinal dysfunction,for clinical use of viscera figure with acupuncture treatments for type gastrointestinal disorders of the digestive system disease to provide experimental basis.Methods32 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,acupuncture group,medication group,each group of eight,in addition to the blank group,the other three groups are using the multi-factor combined building method to establish the rat model with functional dyspepsia.After the success of the model,each group was given corresponding intervention,and the points of the point group were selected by the point of the zang-fu diagram,and the acupuncture points were selected for the acupuncture point intervention,which was 12 minutes each time,once a day.The drug group was administered to moxa bili,one time a day.The blank group and the model group did not perform special intervention.14 days after measuring each rat gastric contents retention rate,and gastric antrum tissue detect protein tyrosine kinase receptor(c-kit receptor)expression,nitric oxide(NO)content and activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS).ResultsThe residual rate in the stomach was higher than that of the blank group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the point group,the drug group and the blank group(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the acupoint group and the drug group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the c-kit expression in the gastric antrum of the blank group,the positive ICC of the model group,point point group and drug group was reduced,and the average optical density(OD)value decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the number of c-kit positive ICC was increased,the color was darker and the OD value increased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the point group and the drug group((P>0.05).NO amount of gastric antrum and total NOS activity of gastric antrum were found in each group,and there was NO statistically significant difference between the groups((P>0.05).In the model group,there was a significant increase(P<0.05),and the difference between the point group,the drug group and the blank group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,there was no statistically significant difference between the points in the point group((P>0.05),and the iNOS activity in the drug group decreased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the point group and the drug group(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Zang-fu diagram point method can improve the gastric emptying ability of FD rats,reduce gastric residual,promote normal gastric motility and return to normal,and compare the efficacy with that of moxacin.2 Zang-fu can regulate the gastrointestinal motility of FD rats,which may change the iNOS activity and NO release on inhibitory neurons,and thus promote the ICC restoration.However,the mechanism is not clear,and further study is needed.
