| Objective:1. To analyze the effects of NAH individual treatment scheme on the treatment of essential hypertension;2. To analyze the associated factors of the treatment effects;3. To Provide reference basis for further applying of NAH individual treatment scheme On the basis of the former two.Methods:A quasi-experiment study was adopted. In NanHai district,we picked four Community Health Service Centers randomly (CHSC)from42CHSCs which had applied NAH individual treatment scheme to collected the baseline data of patients met inclusion criteria in NAH treatment group and also picked four CHSCs randomly from other89CHSCs which hadn’t applied NAH individual treatment scheme to collected the baseline data of patients met inclusion criteria in control group,then we followed up the patients at1month、3months、6months after the baseline data collected. All subjects were assessed by "Essential hypertension patient’s drug treatment baseline questionnaire","Know-ledge、attitude and proceeding for hypertension questionnaire","SF-36Scale".Chi-square test, ANOVA, T-test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data.The test level α=0.05, all P value indicated two-tailed probability.Results:100cases in the NAH treatment group and102cases in the control group completed the follow-up survey. Statistics analysis showed that6months later, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the NAH treatment group were significantly reduced from the baseline and also lower than the control group’s; The blood pressure control rate of patients in the NAH treatment group(85%) was significantly higher than the control group(55%); multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that blood pressure grade (OR=1.976) and group (OR=0.032) were effect factors in the control of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension; The NAH individual treatment scheme had a better cost-effectiveness ratio,compared to the conventional community drug treatment.At the6month of follow-up,patients in NAH treatment group knew better of the knowledge of the hypertension than the control group’s in the following:High salt diet is related to the develop of hypertension, high blood pressure can cause stroke, coronary heart disease and hypertension should be treatment lifelong。patients in NAH treatment group had good score of knowledge for hypertension (8.78±1.46),higher than those patients in the control group (8.13±1.54), the difference was statistically significant; logistic regression analysis showed that:course (OR=0.629) and group (OR=0.482) were important factors that influenced the patient’s knowledge score; patients in NAH treatment group had better attitude than the control group’s including that control weight, stable mood, exercise is beneficial to control blood pressure; patients in NAH treatment group also had better behavior prevalence than the control group’s, including taking medicine regularly、restricting the fat intake, controlling weight,doing appropriate sports; patients of NAH treatment group had higher quality of life and showed significant difference in the " role physical ","social functioning","mental health" field.Conclusion:1. Compared with conventional drug treatment,NAH individual treatment scheme can control the blood pressure of patients of essential hypertension better and also increase patient’s KAP and improve their quality of life better;2. NAH individual treatment scheme is cost-effectiveness;3. the course and whether with the NAH individual treatment scheme are important factors that influenced the patient’s knowledge score,the patients with longer course and NAH individual treatment scheme know more knowledge of hypertension;4.the grade of hypertension is a risk factor in the control of blood pressure in these patients,the higher the level of blood pressure,the worse the control of blood pressure;NAH individual treatment scheme is a prtective factor to control the blood pressure. |
