The Research On Drug Laws Of Apoplexy Based On The Modern Medical Recard

Purpose: To collect the apoplexy cases which were published on domestic and foreignmedical journals in recent ten years,to dig out principle of medieation about apoplexy by themodern scientific method.Method: The research collected the apoplexy cases.Database was established with theMicrosoft Office Excel2003.Frequency analysis was appllied to find the commonly usedmedicines and medicine category.Cluster analysis was applied to find the prescription theircomponents with the Traditional Chinese Medicine of close interrelationship. To sumamarize theprinciple of medieation.Result:292presciptions were collected in the research.There are total249kinds of medicineinvolved.Through the frequency analysis display:The total frequency of medicine is3692times.The top ten Chinese herbs are:Angelica,calamus,earthworm,astragalus root,chuanxiong,safflower,licorice,bile star,peach kernel,tuckahoe.The medicine that frequency usedmore than5times was118kinds.The total frequency was93.3precent.In the most commonlydrugs,seventeen kinds of herb were used.The frequently used categories were promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis drugs,reducing liver to quench wind drugs,supplementingdrug,supplementing drug,Resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthmamedicine,heat-clearing drugs.The total frequency was60precent.That were mainly drugs to treatapoplexy.Eliminating dampness and water drugs,heat-clearing drugs,inducing resuscitation drugs,qi-regulating drugs are also very important. Promoting blood circulation and removing bloodstasis drugs are main in each period of apoplexy.The50drugs that the use of frequency is morethan20times were ananlysed by clustering analysis.Clustering analysis get five group and sixteenClustering party.Conclusion: The study shows that reducing liver to quench wind,clearing heat and nourishyin,purging fu-organs to eliminate heat,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,supplementing qiand promoting blood circulation,are still principle of treatment. From the angle of medication,apoplexy exist a dynamic evolution process.By data mining methods including frequency analysisand cluster principal component analysis,we can extracted the principle of medieation,to provideguidance for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
