Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Tongluo Soup In Treatment Of HSP (Arthrosis)

Purpose: Through to the type of FengReShangLuo in children HSP (arthrosis),in thatobservation of clinical efficacy,we can find the safety and curative effect of Tongluo soup.Method:60cases were randomly divided into two groups,traditional Chinese medicinegroup and the hormone group,TCM group given Tongluo soup oral,on the4th for a course oftreatment,continuous observation of the three courses, hormone group were givendexamethasone0.3-0.5mg/kg,by adding5%glucose injection,static points according to thedisease symptoms improved,gradually tapered to discontinuation.(2groups in based on theanti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment).Results: Chinese medicine to cure17cases,7cases markedly,effective4cases,the totaleffective rate was93.33%,Hormones were cured12cases,12cases markedly effective3cases，the total effective rate was90.00%.The statistical test P>0.05.No significant difference inefficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group and the hormone group.Conclusion: Tongluo soup is significant effect in the type of FengReShangLuo inchildren HSP (arthrosis).Efficacy to improve the systemic symptoms,signs and reducerelapses,and no adverse reactions and side effects,safe and reliable, Thus proving the use ofqufengqingre,tongluozhitong in FengReShangLuo type of allergic purpura (arthrosis) effect issignificant.Can greatly improve the cure rate of the disease,reducing the recurrenceprobability,while improving the quality of life of the disease in children,and alleviate theburden on parents of children with mental.Therefore, the prescription has broad applicationprospects worthy of further research and promotion.
