This research inherits the traditional Chinese medicine theory of following the prognosis of a disease, clinically, sereening30patients diagnosis of ovarian function reserves decline based on clinical.Then treated with invigorating the kidney and nourishing Yin, judged its effect on adjusting menstruation, improving the clinical symptoms and laboratory results.Hope to explore an effective ways in preventing premature ovarian and slowing down the decline of ovarian function by Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodSelected cases are from July2011to February2012received treatment in hospital gynecology clinic were treated patients with reduced ovarian reserve, a total of30patients. These patients all take invigorating the kidney and nourishing Yin soup one prescription a day, oral twice after water decocting.Observing and recording symptom scores, menstruation, total points before and after three cycles’treatment.Blood from patients in the first2-3days of the menstrual cycle, or bultrasonic inspection clewed there have no advantage follicular in bilateral annex.Basic Luteinizing Hormone, basic Folliele Stimulating Hormone and basic Estradiol were tested using radiation immune method. And FSH/LH ratio was also calculated.ResultsThe results of comprehensive effect for invigorating the kidney and nourishing Yin soup treating the30cases of ovarian reserve lower in patients with infertility:2cases are recovered, accounting for6.67%;4cases are effectual, accounting for13.33%;2cases are effective, accounting for6.67%; lcascinvalid, accountingfor3.33%, the total efficiency is93.33%. Compared with treatment before, total syndromes score was also decreased after treatment.(P<0.05).Curative effect of TCM symptoms change include4cases excellent,24cases valid,2cases invalid, and the total effective rate is93.33%. Compared with treatment before, the patients’basic LH、basicFSH, and value of FSH/LH are obviously decreased(P<0.01). The patients’basic E2are obviously risen(P<0.01).; The comparison of the average diameter of ovarian before and after the treatment, The P<0.01, the difference was significant. ConclusionIt is very important to evaluate the ovarine reserve function earlier and to treat patients with reduced ovarian reserve in time for preventing amenorrhea, infertility, POF and so on. Invigorating the kidney and nourishing Yin soup can improve the general symptom and make a part of patients regular menstruation, also lower the FSH, LH and FSH/LH level while rise the E2level.It is possible to become a good method for treating the decreased ovarian reserve clinieally.
