To Observe The Method Of Strengthening The Spleen,Removing Danpness And Expelling The Turbid On Treating Damp-Turbidity Of CKD4-5with Metabolic Acidosis

Objective:To observe the clinical symptoms change of the method of strengthening the spleen, removing danpness and expelling the turbid on treating damp-turbidity of CKD4-5with metabolic acidosis, and the influence of blood CO2-CP level change on renal function, discusses the treatment mechanism.Methods:There are62hospitalized patients with non-dialysis CKD4-5in Nephrology, Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from March2011to February2012,34cases in treatment group,28cases in control group, all the patients are damp-turbidity of CKD4-5with metabolic acidosis. Primary disease of39cases of chronic nephritis,1case of chronic pyelonephritis,12cases of hypertensive nephropathy,4cases of obstructive nephropathy,2cases of gouty nephropathy,3cases of polycystic kidney disease,1case of lupus nephritis. On the basis of diet, blood pressure control, correction of anemia, correction of acidosis and other Western medicine treatment, the treatment group add taking traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group only have western medicine alone.2weeks for one course, treatment observation period for the2courses. Observed before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, renal function, blood CO2-CP changes and electrolyte.Results:1.The treatment group in the treatment of2w,4w efficacy of disease better than the control group (were2w50.00%vs17.86%;4w64.71%vs39.29%), the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);2.The efficacy of TCM Syndromes of treatment group were better than the control group (were2w88.24%vs64.29%;4w94.12%vs75.00%), the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);3. The syndromes of body weight difficulties、poor appetite and indigestion、abdominal distention and mouth sticky by the treatment group were significantly improved than the control group in the treatment of4weeks after, the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P <0.01);4. The BUN of the treatment group was lower than the control group in the treatment of4weeks after, the comparison between groups was statistically significant (p<0.05), however, SCr and eGRF group difference not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of strengthening the spleen, removing danpness and expelling the turbid can improve the clinical symptoms of body weight difficulties、poor appetite and indigestion abdominal distention and mouth sticky of patients with CKD4-5and metabolic acidosis;2.
