| Chronic lithogenous cholecystitis, one of the commonly encounted and frequently occurrent disease, is caused by stones in the gallbladder chronic inflammatory disease. It is lingering and high recurrent. With the continuous economic development and people’s lifestyle changes, the disease incidence was significantly increased, and seriously affected people’s health standard of living. In the long-term practice of medicine, it has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience for Tujia Medicine in the treatment of chronic lithogenous cholecystitis, which is worthy of the research and study.Objective To investigate and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qingganlidanpaishi Pillsin with the main herbs named suanpao roots theating chronic lithogenous cholecystitis. Mining the Tujia Medical cultural heritage, and rich the chinese folk medicine system.Methods200patients with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group were received with Qingganlidanpaishi Pills in oral,9g every day in oral, the course of treatment were3months. The control group were taken with danshu capsules0.9mg every day, at night in oral, the course were3months. there were no side effects, it was better than danshu capsules.Results After three months, The cure rate of12.0%, significantly efficiency of48.0%, and the total efficiency of87.0%, the cure rate in the control group was10.0%, significantly efficiency of31.0%; and the total efficiency of66.0%. Through statistical analysis, The total rate of clinical efficacy in study group were better than in control group (P<0.05). The effective of syndrome scroe of TCM in study group were better than in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Qingganlidanpaishi Pills were very effective in treatment with all kinds of chronic cholecystitis. There were no significant side effects and adverse reactions. It was a good traditional Chinese medicine in therapeutic chronic cholecystitis with the value of in-depth development. |
