Objectiv Female pilots and scientific researchers were selected as subjects in our research. First, V02max was examined through treadmill, than we observe and compare the characteristic of parameters in same group and between different groups to conclude the function of cardiovascular regulation during the repeated tilt test. And we want to approach relationship between physical ability and cardiovascular reaction, to provid information for female astonaunt selection and training.Method V02max was examined through treadmill, than we collected the cardiovascular parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, stroke volume, cardiac output, etal, at the second of four head down tilt, and at the positive positions to analyze. The parameter at supine position was made as control. We divided24subjects into four groups by occupation and the level of V02max, and we contrasted the parameters between different groups.Results1.The level of V02max of group A is obviously higher than that of group B (P<0.01).2. We divided24subjects into two groups by V02max of35ml/kg/min. At the rank of blood redistribution, there were2subjects of grade I and10subjects of grade Ⅱ in group C, and there were5subjects of grade Ⅱand7subjects of grade Ⅲ in group D.3. The difference of Heart Rate between these four groups was not significant (P>0.05). The HR of all groups decreased at negative position and increased at positive position, which fluctuated more and more as the negative degrees increased. The difference of Blood Pressure between these four groups was not significant (P>0.05), but the fluctuation was steady in group A and C. It was found that the△BP of Group A was higher than Group B and it was same as group C and D (P<0.01), especially in△MBP (P<0.001).4. It was found that the SV of Group A was higher than Group B and it was same as group C and D (P<0.01). The SV of all groups increased at negative position and decreased at positive position, which had a gradually decreasing tendency. The difference of Cardiac Output between group A and group B was significant (P<0.01), but that of group C and D was opposite. Conclusion1. The cardiovascular regulation of the crowd with higher maximum oxygen consumption is better than the lower crowd during the tilt test.2. The change of cardiovascular index is obvious and regular, especially BP and CO.3. We must raise the level of maximum oxygen consumption during astronaunt training.
