Objective:The influence of different active recovery on physical function in swimmers were observed to research the best way of active recovery, which is aimed at providing the theoretical basis and practical guidance tor swimming training.Method:National master and first class swimmers were selected as subjects. This article has main two experiments:after Lactate Tolerance Training, swimmers performed passive recovery and three different distance of active recovery (800m、1000m、1200m) in a counterbalanced order; after Lactate Tolerance Training, swimmers performed passive recovery and three different intensities of active recovery (an intensity corresponding to the speed of40%、50%、60%of their best time of100m freestyle) in a counterbalanced order. All of swimmers performed four difference recovery swimming in the main two experiment’s, Heart rate、 blood lactate、Rating of Perceived Exertion、Serum Creatine Kinase、 blood urea were observed at rest、after intensive load、after recovery..Result:1Compared to passive recovery, active recovery resulted in a faster disappearance of blood lactate and higher heart rate. There were no correlation between the recovery of heart rate and blood lactate. Compare to800m of active recovery, blood lactate concentrations decreased more sufficient during1000m and1200m of active recovery.2There were no different effect on serum creatine kinase、blood urea after lactate tolerance training. Compare to passive recovery, active recovery, which intensity corresponding to the speed of40%、50%、60%of their best time of100m freestyle, resulted in a faster disappearance of blood lactate and higher heart rate after lactate tolerance training. Meanwhile, There were no correlation between the recovery of heart rate and blood lactate.. There were no different effect on the recovery of heart rate and blood lactate during three of the active recovery; during which blood lactate were decreased65%in15minutes of active recovery.3Serum creatine kinase is higher after a competition than at rest. There were also no different effect on the recovery of blood lactate、heart rate and serum creatine kinase.Conclusion:1If swimmers freely choose swimming speed during recovery from lactate tolerance training, they needed1000m of active recovery at least, which was more sufficient in blood lactate disappearance during recovery.2If athletes swim for about15minutes at the intensity corresponding to the speed of40%、50%、60%of their best time of100m freestyle, the recovery on physical function in swimmers were no difference after lactate tolerance training.3If athletes swim for about10minutes at the intensity corresponding to the speed of40%、50%、60%of their best time of100m freestyle, the recovery on physical function in swimmers were no difference after competition.4The recovery of heart rate and blood lactate was nonparallel after intensive load, the recovery of heart rate couldn’t reflect the clearance of blood lactate in the body.
