0bjective:To explore a comprehensive plastic technique in treatingthe patients with various forms of nose.Methods:The open rhinoplasty method was chosen. Prosthesis orcosticartilage implant to hump nose and extend the dorsal、auriclecartilage transplantation to nasal tip、the alar adduction、M form of bonecutting to erode the dorsal、nasal septum extend、the columellar strongsupport and other personal comprehensive method were utilized in ourtechnique.Results: The follow-up period was between3and14months.Satisfactory improvements of the nasal shape were achieved in all cases.All patients were satisfied the effect of operation.Conclusions: According to the characteristics of the Oriental nasalform, rhinoplasty need comprehensive surgical method properly appliedto obtain good effect.
