Influence Research Of Carbohydrate Diet To The Liver Function Test Result

Objective: to probe the influence of carbohydrate diet on the result of liverfunction test. In order to provide reference for the quality control of clinical liverfunction test.Methods: to choose27cases of patients who suffered Hepatopathy and25cases of patients who did not suffer that one,who were selected and weretreated in hospital or in out-patient clinic in the first affiliated hospital ofGuangxi medical university from august2011to December2011.all patientswere punctured out a bit of blood for liver function test. Their blood was drawntwo times at seven o’clock in the morning on an empty stomach and after mealfor two hour. using hitachie-7170automatic biochemistry analyzer test5itemsliver function quota which were TBIL、DBIL、ALB、ALT、AST etc. Results: according to the results of SPSS17.0software system, the numeralvalues ranged from0.1～0.928, there was no significance between before andafter meal.Conclusion: carbohydrate diet have not clear influence on the liver functiontest result, so the liver function test may be not limited by the meal. Liverfunction test may be drawn in carbohydrate diet after breakfast.
