OBJECTIVE To analysis the morbidity age, the sign, the symptom,the inspection method, the pathology results, clinical stage, the method ofdelivery, the treatment as well as the prognosis of cervical cancer inpregnancy. To investigate the reduction of morbidity of cervical cancer inpregnancy, the error diagnosis as well as missed diagnosis. To investigatethe surgery, chemotherapy and delayed treatment and so on, control thedisease and baby’s survival.METHODS Collected from November2005to December2010inGuangxi Medical University First Affiliated Hospital and SecondAffiliated Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology total of5cases ofcervical cancer in pregnancy patients with clinical information,analysis its morbidity age, sign, symptom, examination findings,diagnosis, treatment, and review the literature of the cervicalcancer in pregnancy, discuss the clinical characteristicsdiagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer in pregnancy.RESULT The information collected in five patients with cervical cancer in pregnancy cases, Age22-39years old. One case occurredduring the first trimester, Three cases occurred during the secondtrimester, One case occurred during the third trimester; four cases showedvaginal bleeding, one showed vaginal discharge; four cases showedcauliflower tumor, one showed cervical erosion; all the patients werediagnosed by pathological examination of cervical biopsy; preoperativefive patients were diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma, postoperation fourcases were squamous cell carcinoma, one cases was adenosquamouscarcinoma, the accuracy is80%; the main treatment is surgery, assisted bychemotherapy and radiotherapy, or sole treatment; tow examples werelost, three examples are health.CONCLUSIONS For women who appear the symptom such ascontact hemorrhages before pregnancy, the examination should includecervical cancer screening before pregnancy;The vaginal bleeding anddischarge during pregnancy should be considered the possibility ofcervical cancer; the diagnosis depends on biopsy, if the stage is not clear,can be combined with MRI;treatment of cervical cancer in pregnancyshould be considered clinical stage, gestational age, birth wishes, after20weeks gestation,to the stageⅠA1orⅠB who has a small cervical mass,if the patient strongly desired to continue the pregnancy, in order toachieve the fetal pulmonary maturity,it can delay the therapy, Terminationof pregnancy time should not be more than34weeks;during the delayedtreatment, chemotherapy can be considered, chemotherapy inappropriatein the first trimester, and chemotherapy drugs can choose cisplatin-basedchemotherapy, the result to the embryo chemotherapy of the prolongedtreatment still should to be observed;Termination of pregnancy select cesarean section.
