The Implementation Of The Ischemic Strock Quality Control And Analysis Of The Results

Objective:Evaluate the quality of ischemic stroke quality control implemented in our hospital(first affiliated hospital of GuangXi medical university) and the impact of medical quality.Method:Compare the quality of ischemic stroke treatment before and after the implementation of ischemic stroke quality control in our hospital, and compare the implementation quality with the thirteen three level of first-class hospital in Beijing, then analyze the results.Results:Compared with before the implementation of ischemic stroke quality control, some quality index’s completion rate and the total completion rate all have different degree improved. At the same time, the standards of ischemic stroke diagnosis and treatment get more perfect. The quality index’s completion rate of within72hours in hospital accept blood vessel function evaluation, rehabilitation therapy, prevention of venous thromboembolism and new stroke patients’receiving process had obvious improved. Compared with the Beijing area hospitals, we did more batter in the indexes about rehabilitation therapy, prevention of venous thromboembolism and the treatment in the acute phase of ischemic stroke such as new stroke patients’receiving process and the use of aspirin, but we have a large gap in fibrinolytic therapy, evaluation difficulty swallowing (did not implemented in our hospital), stop smoking guidance and health education between our and the Beijing area hospitals.Conclusion:The implementation of single disease quality control improve the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke in our hospital, medical behaviors have more standard. Meanwhile, we did well in some ways of ischemic stroke diagnosis and treatment, but had not taken enough attention to the health educations.
