Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effectes of vacuum sealingdrainage(VSD) after dermatoplasty in the treatment of Repairing Deep Wound. Methods:A Retrospectively analyzed28deep soft tissue defect or skinnecrosis cases of treated in our hospital from December2010to December2011.After debridement,28cases received dermatoplasty with superficial ormoderate thickness skin flap, the surface of skin graft was closed covering withPolyvinyl alcohol hydration seaweed bubble and biological semipermeablemembrane, continuous negative pressure drainage was taken for24hour(maintain the pressure between-20.0~-26.7kPa).Before vacuum sealingdrainage was removed,it was applied by7to10days.Result:20cases survived completely, normal color, rich blood supply, the flap survival rate in5cases was more than95%,the flap survival rate in3cases was achieved90%~95%,the edge of a little necrosis, the wound healingby several dressing changes. Conclusion:vacuum sealing drainage promotes continuous drainage ofthe skin graft,to avoid hematoceleã€effusionã€infection and necrosis of the skin graftï¼›vacuum sealing drainage produces a proper and uniform pressure to ensurethat the skin graft firmly closely integrated with the base bed. vacuum sealingdrainage can improve the survival of skin graft. The surgical method is an idealmethod on repairing deep wound, and is worthy of wide application. |
